Welcome! Follow this simple step-by-step guide to download and import audio files (.axb) into your reading pen.

### Step 1: Download the Audio Pack
1. Select your desired book or audio resource on our website.👉[ Visit Audio Library ]
2. Click the **[Download Now]** button to save the file to your computer.
3. Ensure the downloaded file extension is **`.axb`**.

### Step 2: Connect Your Reading Pen
1. Connect your reading pen to your computer using the included USB cable.
2. Open **"My Computer"** (Windows) or **"Finder"** (Mac) to locate the reading pen's USB drive.
⚠️ IMPORTANT CABLE NOTICE:
Please ensure you are using the original USB data cable. Standard phone or charging cables usually only support charging and cannot transfer data to your reading pen. If your computer does not detect the pen drive, try switching to the original cable. 

### Step 3: Import the File to the "BOOK" Folder
1. Open the reading pen drive and double-click to enter the **`BOOK`** folder.
2. Copy or drag the downloaded **`.axb`** file into the **`BOOK`** folder.
3. Once the transfer is complete, safely disconnect/eject your reading pen. Your pen is now ready to use!

### ❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: My reading pen is charging, but my computer doesn't show the pen drive. What should I do?
This usually happens when using a charging-only cable, as standard charging cables do not support file transfer. Please replace it with the original USB data cable included in the package and reconnect.

Q2: Why doesn't my reading pen play the audio?
Please check two things:
File Location: Ensure the file extension is strictly .axb and placed directly inside the BOOK folder (not in any subfolder).
Activation Required: Before reading the content, make sure to tap the brand logo on the front cover of the book to activate the audio mode first.

Q3: What if the downloaded file is a ZIP archive?
If the file ends with .zip or .rar, please right-click and Extract/Unzip it first. Move ONLY the extracted .axb file into the BOOK folder (do not copy the entire extracted folder).

Q4: How do I safely disconnect the reading pen?
Always click "Safely Remove Hardware" (Windows) or "Eject" (Mac) before unplugging the USB cable to prevent file corruption.
